Historic Concordia Neighbors in conjunction with Cold Spring Park invite you to our 18th Annual Tour of Historic Homes and Places.

- $15.00 in advance via HCNI website (www.hcni.org) using Paypal or at the Pabst Mansion.
- Tickets also available at the door the day of the tour for $18.00

- Elegant Urban Living: “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner.” Promoting elegant urban living.
Information:
- The tour is primarily a neighborhood walking tour, but free vans will be available and running throughout the neighborhood during the tour to assist any with needs. We have scheduled 9 homes on the tour along with one vintage apartment, Our Savior Lutheran Church celebrating 150 years, Neighborhood House celebrating now 60 years, and the development of a new neighborhood condo project.
Highlights:
- A Kabob menu and drink for purchase on the tour as well as free parking available at the start of the tour as well as in the neighborhood at large.
- We also offer a cake and pie social at the start of the tour and a silent auction that features many local sponsors.
- Invited sponsors include George Watt’s and Son *(elegant living) and Belle Fiori *(elegant floral) both featured at the tour beginning Mansion with many other Urban restaurants, floral shops and fine living sponsors at each of our other tour destinations.
- Our tour starts at Quorum Architects located in the Fredrick Pabst Mansion at 3112 W. Highland Blvd. and includes a total of three Highland Mansions, one of which is a first timer on the tour.
- This year HCNI has worked in conjunction with the Cold Spring Park Neighbors to promote homes in their North adjacent neighborhood to feature more first time tour homes.
- We are all celebrating the elegance of the environment Urban Milwaukee has to offer and are assisted this year again by a grant from the Helen Bader Foundation.
