We are a diverse, historic
neighborhood that prides
itself in community involvement
and action. Some annual activities include; Fall Fest, Holiday Round Robin, Summer Stoop Crawl, Spring Clean-Ups, and monthly potlucks and meetings.
We are minutes away from Marquette University, downtown Milwaukee, Miller Brewing, Harley Davidson, Washington Park, Miller Park, and the Domes.
Cold Spring Park is also home to several business, including:

Our Location
Cold Spring Park Neighborhood is bounded by Vliet Street to the north, Highland to the south, 27th Street to the east, and 35th Street to the west.
